Muy mala atención al cliente y cero profesionalismo. I had a terrible experience at the Subway in Dadeland. I received a promotion by email clearly stating a $3.99 price with very specific terms and conditions, yet they refused to honor it. The worst part was the supervisor's attitude-rude, short responses and no willingness to help at all. I definitely do not recommend this location. Very poor customer service and zero professionalism.

Segun mi ticket podia reclamarlo any 6” sandwich , valid december 31 … no tiene especificado en que locacion lo puedo usar… El joven que me atendio no le dio la gana de ponerme el cupon y la experiencia fue desagradable… no por el hecho del descuento sino por la idea que traje y el customer service es muy malo… Deja mucho que desear… Vayan a cualquier location pero no a esta… No regresare !!!
