I had such a great experience thanks to Rafael! I went to two different Subway locations looking for broccoli soup — it’s my kids’ favorite — but both were out. When I arrived at this location, they were also out of soup.
While I was on the phone explaining to my kids that there wasn’t any soup available, Rafael overheard the conversation and went above and beyond. He kindly offered to prepare some fresh soup for me as long as I was willing to wait. That level of customer service truly meant a lot to me.
It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the extra step to make a customer happy. Rafael turned what was going to be a disappointing moment for my kids into a great one. Super satisfied with this experience — thank you, Rafael! 👏

The subs were absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed everything about the food. The service was okay—not rude, but not super friendly either. The food is a bit expensive, but that’s pretty normal these days. I’d like to say thank you to the person who served us. We enjoyed all the subs we ordered and would definitely come back again.

Made an order using their mobile app and when I got there it was already picked up. The store never gave a refund and just mentioned it is not their responsibility

The problem with most establishments like this one is that you're helping do this job. I don't mind speaking Spanish because it's my first language. And I understand the struggle of immigrants but to what extend should I help you do your job. Another thing is if you don't want to work there don't work there. It's not hard making sandwiches a language barrier shouldn't be that much of an issue but when it's clear that you're not paying attention and you don't want to be there. It shows I'm not expecting fine dining but I shouldn't have to be regretting where I go to eat...
