I was shopping and lingered for a while, and during that time, there were three arguments with different customers, all started by the same person, the young woman working at the front. She never gave in to any of the customers; she kept yelling and shouting loudly. There was a big argument with some customers who were in a group, and the other woman working there was also present. I thought she would try to calm things down, but she acted the same way as the young woman. My God, what an unpleasant experience! People like that shouldn't be working with the public. It's clear that what they do is perfectly normal for both of them.

It's understandable that they don't speak English, and I'm not complaining about that, but they should at least try to be a little more professional and polite with their body language and be more attentive to the customer's needs. It's the worst Subway I've ever been to. Not to mention that she was also arguing with three Latino customers who were ahead of me. I didn't understand what was happening, but from the shouting, I guess it wasn't good.
