The girl heard me make a comment about how long it was taking so she then decided to not take my order and she decided to do everything but take our order. I got in line at 5:40 didn’t get my food until 6:02p. It was not busy at all.. restaurant was empty.. I myself work in customer service and this was by far the worst service I’ve seen in a very long time.

Despite markers being available, she refused with an attitude saying "we don't do that here" (although every Subway we’ve been to does). When we got home, two sandwiches were missing avocado and the chicken sandwich had less than half the meat, even though double meat was paid for. I drove my mother back to get it corrected. Thankfully, Mabel was polite and quickly fixed the issue. However, the poor service and careless preparation from the first employee were very disappointing. Something as simple as writing T/S/C for turkey/steak/chicken shouldn’t be too much to ask for. If you can’t even do something so trivial and mishandle the order on top of that, won’t be returning.
