- MGMichael GoodmanSep 24, 20251.0Probably the nastiest Subway I have ever been in. The guy who served me mumbled and I could not hear him over the rap music that was blasting in the store. I had to ask him over and over to repeat himself and he never tried to raise his voice and just kept mumbling. He was wearing his subway hat sideways and the girl was wearing a pink hat that made her look like Toad from Mario Kart. The place was filthy with trash all over the floor and out front, tables were filthy as well and the staff seemed to not care. On top of that - when I checked out there were three percentages for tips lol. I hit “other” and entered 0.00 and when the guy saw that I didn’t tip him he just stared at me and made a face Subway has gone way downhill…

I REFUSED TO LEAVE A TIP ( I don’t even know why the POS system asks to do so!) Whoever the manager is at this location, needs to hire better employees, ASAP!!!

From the manager with the hazel eyes, the short round young man, the 5'8 brown young lady with pigtail plates are UGH! We all are experiencing a drought of some kind. They take no pride in being sandwich makers. They're skimpy with meat and veggies. It's insane to pay almost $10 for a six inch sub that has no presentation to it, asking for more comes with eye rolls and attitudes, and now the POS system ask if you want to tip. It takes everything in me to tip; I do it anyway.
