She provided service with a bad attitude, she responded with a rude attitude. As a customer, it’s very uncomfortable to feel like you’re bothering someone just because they want to keep using their phone. Customer service was awful and unprofessional. One expects respectful treatment and basic attention, something that clearly did not happen here. I do not recommend this place and I do not plan to return. This happened on January 31st, 2026 at approximately 1:30.
