I asked for ham, egg, and cheese and was charged separately for sandwich and coffee (not as a combo). When I inquired, they said the combo is only for sandwiches that don't include protein 🤔. To me, the combo offer is misleading.

- KKkarina kOct 4, 20253.0It’s one of the 3 places open 24 seven at Miami International Airport so if you can’t get check in through security until 4 AM, you will still be able to eat a sandwich here at Subway or café Versailles or Dunkin’ Donuts. All are open 24 seven. The convenience is great, but the prices are kind of high as you would expect at an airport. And the staff don’t really speak English. I am definitely not saying it’s bad they don’t bc I’m always trying to practice my miserable Spanish but it is Florida and there are plenty of non Spanish speaking ppl who come through MIA. The reason this became an issue is bc I wanted to use my gift cards but (1) they don’t do online orders and pickup so even if the app says online ordering opens at 12am it’s not true, (2) they don’t honor or know how to honor gift cards despite me showing them pics of the app w my gift cards and a pic of the gift card itself w the numbers where staff and input the number in order to use cash credit. But they were frustrated w me for even trying and apparently no one seems to have tried using a gift card before. So I was unable to eat my $8.19 plus tax was $8.76 for a 6” veggie sub until I paid w my credit card about 30 min later when I could have used my gift cards. I guess not all stores honor gift cards. So keep that in mind. There’s plenty of Seating and some charge areas. It’s clean. But the airport is freezing so bring a blanket or sweater if you are stuck overnight or for a while. And get iPhone 17 and the latest Apple AirPods to have them speak in Spanish and you can get direct translations :-). Otherwise the food was fresh.
