  When I came in yesterday night, two hours before closing I asked if the spinach wraps had any dairy or egg in them because I had an allergy I would like to avoid. Not only did they not know, but they made me go out to the front of the store and check it myself. I had no signal so I had to resort to calling my boyfriend, the assistant manager at another in Orlando, Florida and ask him. Once he gave me the all clear I went in and asked for a turkey, bacon, and guacamole spinach wrap. I can tell the boy that made my wrap had zero idea as to what he was doing and asked me if I wanted any vegetables before even doing anything about my meats. I’ve never worked at a subway in my entire life and this boy was doing everything wrong and out of order, he gave me the wrong portion sizes had no idea what the sauces or ingredients contained, basically had no idea what he was doing. When it was time for the guacamole and sauces I had to ask for more because he gave me DOLLOPS of the sauce AND guacamole. When I asked for more he said, and I quote, “that’s gonna cost extra” after serving me the amount of guacamole not even a simple cockroach would suffice with. He would pause for five minutes at a time and look back and forth at everything in the store as if god would give him a sign as to how to do his job. Needless to say I will definitely be contacting the owner of the store and will never set foot in this store ever again.
