  I was genuinely appalled by the condition of this Subway location. It is clear that the owner is cutting corners and failing to maintain basic franchise standards. On my visit, only one employee was scheduled during a busy period, despite the fact that there should be at least two people working a shift. As a result, the employee was visibly overworked and the line grew unreasonably long. Portion sizes were also unacceptable. The chicken portions did not even fill Subway’s pre-portioned containers—each container had only about five small pieces of chicken. I wish I had taken photos, because the portions were shockingly small. This is not an isolated incident. I have walked in multiple times during lunch and dinner rushes to find a long line and only one person working. Whether this location needs additional owner training or entirely new management, something clearly needs to change. Subway corporate needs to step in and address this. It is unfair to customers, and even more unfair to the employees who are being stretched thin while trying to keep the store running. They deserve better.

  Pésima atención de la trabajadora , tratan a los q piden online , como si no fueran clientes , y vienen otras personas de la calle igual y las atienden primero q uno q estaba ahi esperando , no entiendo tantos años hiendo al subway y esta vez la peor de mi vida

  La peor del siglo , la trabajadora no sabe atender , vine por una orden q hice online y me dice q no estaba lista , y pues siguió atendiendo a las demás personas antes q a mi , una mala atención q no se puede toleral , trabajadores incompetentes q hay aqui
