  The worker was slow and didn't understand English properly. The restaurants was also slightly unclean. Worst of all they refused to take a digital discount despite scanning it, and then refused to let us cancel. We ended up walking out without ordering. JUST GO TO BURGER KING

  horrible servicio, tuve que espera como 15 minutos para esperara a que me atendieran, porque nadie salía después salió una mujer con una cara de amargada, fatal con un trato horrible, hasta pena me dio le decía una cosa y solo me quedaba mirando y no se movía, me trató de una forma tan mala que es primera y última vez que voy a comprar ahí, se me hace una falta de respeto, ya que el cliente va con los mejores modos a comprar como para que lo atiendan así.

  Bought an Ultimate BMT (#18 on the menu). I know this sandwich comes with 2x cheese, when I asked for it, the lady pushed back saying that this sandwich doesn't come with 2x cheese. I asked "Are you sure? It literally says it there on the menu". She answered that the menus have changed, this is just a regular BMT and the price isn't the same as in the menu. I had to pay EXACTLY what was on the menu, it was called Ultimate BMT, that's what the receipt says. I even asked her again, giving her a chance to at least acknowledge that she fought me for no reason, she was still saying that I was wrong even though I asked for the exact item that was on the menu (and paid that price) but she gave me something else.

  Las 2 trabajadoras con los telefonos en las manos como si las personas tenemos que esperar por su paciencia, habia una señora para pagar y ahi espero hasta que ellas soltaran los celulares

  I live very close to this location so I thought it would be convenient for me to come eat lunch here with my wife. We came in and we were not greeted the girl actually went to the back and was there about 3 to 4 minutes . Finally when she came out we got our orders and I ordered a vegetarian sub Every location I go to I asked kindly for my spinach to be like diced or cut by hand so I don't have a mouth full spinach when I bite into the sandwich . When I asked her how come she said we don't do that type of service here I stay quiet and I proceeded to go eat my sandwich. She spoke to me in a high tone and very rude as if I was not spending money there. When I finish my food I kind of asked what was her name and thank you she told me I do not need to give you my name which is okay with me but I will proceed into speaking to somebody in corporate because you don't not need somebody with that type of attitude working in your locations. Service was awful and I'm going to call the manager
