I mean no English whatsoever. The vocabulary for making a sandwich requires very few words. I could not get across that I wanted "vinegar." I could not get across that I wanted a cup for water which is free. I could not get across that I wanted all vegetables. The other worker also could not help at all. Getting a sandwich here was a very painful experience. Just learning a few common English words [like Vinegar] would solve most of the problems. And although it was clear I did not know Spanish the worker kept asking me questions in Spanish.
