Part of the typical corporate capitalistic standardization that we've all grown accustomed to (I personally enjoy the New York City subway train aestehtic, but doesn't mean it's not bland). As someone who grew up loving Subway, this location delivered on the deliciousness of the white chocolate macademia nut cookies! The server and cashier did her job kindly - all the workers deserve a raise! Loses stars for overall blandness and for its siting in an auto-oriented, surburban hegemonic design that pollutes the environment and worsens our health.
