When I told her I didn’t want that lettuce because she kept throwing trash on it she mixed the lettuce with the other lettuce and told me “now its all the same thing”. This is a serious food safety issue and you should train your employees on cross contamination. Disgusting. The cashier wouldnt give me a receipt because he knew i would report them all. This is a serious food safety issue and OSHA needs to get involved here. Thank you,
