- LRLuizianne ReyesSep 10, 20251.0Good afternoon, At around 6pm on 9/10/2025 at the Subway inside of FIU one of your employees dropped a receipt in the lettuce. When I told her I didn’t want that lettuce because she kept throwing trash on it she mixed the lettuce with the other lettuce and told me “now its all the same thing”. This is a serious food safety issue and you should train your employees on cross contamination. Disgusting. The cashier wouldnt give me a receipt because he knew i would report them all. This is a serious food safety issue and OSHA needs to get involved here. Thank you,
