The young woman at the counter was terrible. She tried to speak with a big bulge of food in her right cheek which in itself was terrible but she also talked very quickly and quietly.
I ordered the chicken cesar wrap, the cheesy plantains, and a strawberry lemonade.
The wrap was just ok. The lettuce crisp and dressing good- however the chicken was overcooked and dry. Also found a small bone in one of my bites.
The cheesy plantains was a new experience for me but all in all not bad but not great either.
The strawberry lemonade had really no flavor.
My friend ordered the chicken quesdilla and received the Ceasars instead.
Several people were in the drive through and it appeared most of them had to come back in to get something corrected on their order.
Lots of angry customers.
Wouldn't recommend.

The worst pollo, tropical Ever, the Girl at the window was horrible lied Gave My food to the people in front of me, and then try to return it after they touched it. I explained it to her and she chose not to do nothing about it. This pollo tropical is garbage. Please, do not go in there.

One of your employees behaved inappropriately and disrespectfully toward my husband, right in front of me and our children.
She addressed him in a flirtatious manner, calling him “my love” in front of us.
The only reason I did not react at the moment was to avoid causing a scene in front of my children. However, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. 1/04/2026 around 5:30 pm

Service was terrible @ pickup.
I got looked over 10+ people because I couldn’t speak Spanish & the lady who was serving pickup orders couldn’t ask me in English what my name or order number was.
I was in there for 30 minutes because I couldn’t speak English!
She literally gave people who came after me all their orders while I sat there.
Got there at 1150, I’m leaving at 1235. Seriously? For an order I placed ONLINE 10 minutes prior to arriving.
It wasn’t until I got frustrated and asked for help MYSELF from another worker that I got attention.
Never again.

I got take out, the food was delicious. The server was ok, I would have added more stars but they still didn't get my order right when I told them what I didn't want on it and they said what I didn't want and continued to put it on my order. When I got my order I was like huh after I got back to the hotel. Other than that hiccup I did enjoy it.
