The people here are so kind and they go out of their way to make our life a little easier. We have two kids and it can get crazy getting everyone seated and fed- the sweet ladies behind the counter are always ready to grab an extra spoon or cup if one goes flying. This is the only pollo we will be going to.

When it's our turn to order we start to place our order and the guy says sorry we don't have chicken. Huh? You don't have chicken? Yeah, no right now. If you want, you can wait about 30 minutes for the chicken. This was after waiting a good 20 min or more to place the order. Needless to say we left to another "pollo tropical/chicken on the grill" 🤷 How do you run out of chicken if that's what you're know for? At least hace an employee outside and let people know you ran out of chicken and not waste their time at 9:45 pm. By the way, this is not our first time going to one of their stores and finding out they don't have chicken. That's horrible service.
