  Pedí una orden oara llevar le dije al manager creo q era brown rice frijoles , ropa vieja y maduro una quesadilla y un flan el plato q pedí me lo dieron primero con arroz blanco lyego lo había pedido sin cebolla o ajo y se lo pusieron ,tuvieron q tirar a la basura los dos anteriores ,luego no me pusieron el flan ni los maduros y me dice el manager q es mentira mia q yo nunca pedí el flan y los maduros el dueño de esta franquicia debe ver q pone como manager en este lugar, pues si ve los comentarios negativos q hay se dará cuenta o a no ser q al dueño tampoco le importe, como sus trabajadores hacen su trabajo ,mala experiencia no lo recomiendo ese lugar vayan a otro pollo tropical y ademas la sra q sirvió la comida de muy mal carácter, gracias

  Nunca vi tan mal ambiente en un negocio como lo vi en este la Manager Maria maltrata a todos los trabajadores frente a los clientes es horrible , no sé como los adolescentes aguantan ese maltrato y no se quien puso a esa persona a dirigir un lugar como ese el cual tiene muchas ventas por lo bien situado qué esta no por su labor obviamente por favor a quien competa tome medidas eso debería ilegal maltratar adi a los trabajadores si fuera mi hija la que estuviera trabajando ahí le llamo a la policía esta persona no es nada profesional, mal educa,falta de respeto , Grosera, inapropiada en fin no debe tener contacto con las personas, por favor alguien que haga algo.   I’ve been to this Pollo Tropical a few times since I live just two minutes away, and honestly, there’s not one good thing to say about it. The manager, Maria, is absolutely horrible. She keeps this place looking like a complete mess and treats her employees—most of them minors—terribly right in front of customers. You can literally see how disrespectful she is when you’re ordering. Because of the way she talks to and treats people, so many employees have quit, and now the restaurant is always short-staffed. That’s why the food takes forever to come out It’s ridiculous. Maria acts like she’s entitled and can say or do whatever she wants without consequences. Someone really needs to put an end to this and remove her from that position. She’s the reason this location is falling apart. He ido a este Pollo Tropical varias veces ya que vivo a solo dos minutos, y sinceramente no hay nada bueno que decir sobre este lugar. La gerente, María, es una persona horrible. Mantiene el restaurante hecho un desastre y trata muy mal a sus empleados, la mayoría siendo menores de edad. Uno puede ver perfectamente cómo los maltrata mientras estás haciendo tu pedido. Por la manera en que les habla y los trata, muchos empleados se han ido, y por eso siempre están con poco personal. La comida tarda una eternidad en salir. Es ridículo. María tiene una actitud muy creída y actúa como si pudiera decir y hacer lo que quiera sin consecuencias. Alguien tiene que ponerle un alto y sacarla de ese lugar. Ella es la razón por la que este Pollo Tropical está tan mal.

  Was at a different ‘Pollo Tropical’ location earlier , then an associate drove me near for over an hour so I needed to use the bathroom. Store only has 1 stall per customer (weird). After I got done using the facility, the associate decided to have a tantrum and dropped my stuff in the front of the property building, but kept my wallet with license & credit cards. Customers near by helped me called the police to receive my stuff returned safely. After my wallet was returned, I waited outside to get an uber but I decided to go inside and purchase something while I waited. One of the staff members told me I can’t order anything and have to leave because they’re going to call the cops on me. While I waited for my uber, the staff member was on the phone with the police. My phone battery was on 1% and the staff member allowed me to go back inside to finish charging as I waited for my ride. Completely rude & unnecessary. Should’ve allowed me to purchase service. Do not recommend. No consideration
