- IPIsaias PerezFeb 17, 20263.0Excelente servicio y muy buena la comida, el churrasco con su salsa verde me encanta siempre que voy lo pido, pero hay algo que deben de resolver urgentemente referente a la cantidad de comida que están sirviendo, ya no es que los aranceles estén altos y la vida cara o que todo cambió después del COVID, pasa de castaño a oscuro el atropello y el abuso hacia el consumidor, mi esposa y yo fuimos el lunes 23 de febrero y volvimos hoy 24 de febrero nuevamente, mi esposa siempre me pide el Classico churrasco grande que cuesta $ 15,00 Dollares, los extras como cebolla pimiento y tomates te lo cobran a parte , la muchacha que me sirvió podía ser mi nieta y no la quise perjudicar , pero igual tuve que reclamar mi derecho me sirvió mucho menos carne que lo que yo estaba pagando una de las empleadas que al parecer sabía más que la muchacha se disculpó u me dijo que ella se había equivocado y me había servido el pequeño, la conclusión de este problema es que los dueños tienen a los empleados atemorizados y caucionados a no servir de más o pierden su empleo , mi esposa y como cual otro que comen en este Pollo tropical se van desilusionados, cobran mucho más que antes y la comida es menos cantidad y con menos calidad
