After waiting for more than 10 minutes, an employee came out with a bag. People were yelling their orders at him because he had no idea who ordered what. My order was given to another car and then taken away when I told him that I was there before. I realized when I got home that it was missing a large order of fried yucas and the sauces and the containers were open. Gross I ended up throwing it out since I don’t know who opened it and what they touched. What a disaster. I wasn’t given a receipt either. There were no numbers assigned and apparently no note was made as to which order belonged to what car. The guy didn’t even know what car the food belong to. What a horrible experience. Very poorly run. Never again

Everything else was acceptable but the tropichop is a steal
