Unfortunately, we found a piece of hair in our soda cup. What made it so awful was that it was not discovered until we tried to get a refill. This is not acceptable. I brought this to the cashier's attention who said he'd let the manager know. At no time while we dined did the manager approach us. I asked to speak with the manager when we were leaving. His nonchalant attitude and response that he wasn't told about the incident annoyed me.
