The tables in the main salon were not clean and garbage can overloaded...That happens when the managers stayed in their office and doesn't walk around their store.

La verdad que temo por la compañera afectada. En ningún momento vi que salió un gerente o supervisor para controlar la situación. Demasiada falta de profesionalismo y respeto entre misma compañeras. Unfortunately, we found a piece of hair in our soda cup. What made it so awful was that it was not discovered until we tried to get a refill. This is not acceptable. I brought this to the cashier's attention who said he'd let the manager know. At no time while we dined did the manager approach us. I asked to speak with the manager when we were leaving. His nonchalant attitude and response that he wasn't told about the incident annoyed me.
