  Excelente atención y muy sabroso el churrasco pero deben de trabajar sin presión y sin miedo, los empleados prefieren cobrar de más y servir de menos en tu plato con tal de no perder su trabajo , después del COVID, Pollo tropical jamás a vuelto ser lo que era antes había libertad y respeto al consumidor, hoy los empleados trabajan con mucho miedo , y las consecuencias las sufrimos los de a pie el pueblo los más pobres , te ponen el frijol negro que no moja el arroz y la carne apenas alcanza para terminar la comida.

  Once again my drive thru order was completely wrong. After getting home I see yet again it was wrong! What is wrong with this location can’t they read and check the order before giving it to the customer? Beware this place is BAD !!!

  I went on January 31,2026 and order a meal through the drive through. The chicken was burnt and dry, you can tell it was a chicken that they had all day burning on the grill. I asked the person to provide me with sauces multiple time and they still forgot to provide them. The rice, beans and over all food quality was really bad. I threw it away and did not eat it. (Español) Calidad y sabor de la comida es mala. El pollo te lo dan quemado y seco porque te dan un pollo que está el día completo en la parrilla. El arroz y los frijoles igual mal sabor.

  No quality control or quality checking going on from management or leads. Soups picture on the menu is not what they are serving. Bait and switch. FALSE ADVERTISING! high turnover rate never enough people working. Quality and service is not important here. The horrible service and store ratings are a reflection of the poor leadership.
