Pedí un TropiChop, que según el menú viene con arroz, frijoles, ensalada, maíz y pollo. Sin embargo, el joven en caja —con un peinado tipo samurái o “cola de colágeno de carajo”, digno de reality— no preguntó si lo quería completo, ni el tamaño, ni nada. Yo, ingenuamente, pensé: “Será como en la foto”. Craso error. Cuando recibo el plato, encuentro solo arroz, frijoles y pollo. Es decir, el “tropi” se fue de vacaciones y solo quedó el “chop”. Decido pedir dos salsas de cilantro para salvar el momento, y ahí llega la joya del día: la señora del mostrador, con un tono más digno de una aduana que de un restaurante, me dice que las salsas se piden al principio. Perfecto, solo faltó que me pidiera pasaporte para justificarlo. La comida, eso sí, espectacular: pollo jugoso, arroz en su punto, sabor 10/10. Pero el servicio… necesita una receta urgente de empatía y cortesía. 👉 Sugerencia del chef (yo): Enseñen al personal a preguntar los detalles del pedido, especialmente a los clientes nuevos. Un simple “¿Desea su TropiChop completo, señor?” habría evitado esta reseña con sabor a decepción.
