En el día de hoy 11/24/25 alrededor de las 11 am. Cuando fui a recoger mi pedido que hice por Uber Eats que era 2 boneless chicken breast con dos ensaladas, las cuales salen casi en 2 dolares cada una y cada día echan menos. Le pedí a la señora de la línea que si me la podía cambiar y tuve que mandar a buscar el manager, ya imaginan por que? Cuando este salió (Jose) que es asistente de manager, igual me puso mil excusas y al final los boneless qué me dio fueron aun más pequeños. Justificando con un argumento no válido para mi. Pues pienso que siempre hay que tratar de satisfacer al cliente, más cuando ese les trata con educación y sin falta de respeto como fui yo. Fui trabajadora de ese lugar cuando llegue a este país y ahora sigo haciendo customer service y jamás se me ocurriría tratar a un cliente de esa forma, menos si el mismo fue educado. En fin por 15.11 dolares que pagué por aquello que no se le puede llamar comida pq hasta seca y vieja estaba, voy a otro lugar y saldré mejor. No vuelvo más a este lugar y así les diré a todos los que conozco, lo mismo familia, amistades y clientes míos. Que no vayan ahí. Tengo fotos que son pruebas suficientes.
