  It's a good place, I like how warmly the staff treat you, especially a lady who served me at the window, I read her name, it said Belkis Días. Despite the high demand, I was treated with warmth and respect, feeling valued as a person, not just a customer. This is how service should be. I will recommend Pollo Tropical to my friends and family, for their excellent service and delicious food

  Acabo de comer en este pollo tropical , y me quedé súper contenta con mi comida , wooowww , el sabor y la frescura de ese medio pollo , me quedé encantada , volveré pronto , cada vez q no tenga ganas de cocinar , que eso es bastante seguido jajajaj la mánager Brenda me dijo que se llamaba y la que sirve la comida Astrid súper encantadoras y sonrientes , me encanta 😍😍

  Didn't actually get part of our order. Meal was okay, quality has gone done. The bag which says Free Tropichop is just a QR code to app. Misleading and disappointed.

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service I received at the Pollo Tropical location in Coral Gables, FL (Store #10038) on February 7, 2026 at approximately 8:10 PM. My order was made online and was entered correctly. However, the restaurant made three separate mistakes with my order. Despite this, the manager on duty attempted to blame the system rather than take responsibility. After reviewing my receipt, it was clear that the order description was accurate, yet the food provided was incorrect and poorly prepared. Additionally, I was charged twice for an item that I had already paid for online. Most concerning, I clearly specified NO BEANS due to a food allergy. The first order was incorrect, and when they attempted to remake it, the second order still contained beans. When I pointed this out, the manager became upset and stated that he does not pay attention to online orders and instead relies only on the printed paper. This response is unacceptable and dangerous, especially when allergies are involved. The manager’s attitude, lack of accountability, and failure to properly handle the situation were extremely disappointing. This experience was frustrating, unsafe, and unprofessional. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.
