I opened the quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t an even melted. It was still in its original form. As I was speaking to the workers the main manager walked up and he understood my concern. He was nice enough to get my order fixed although I think a refund and free food would have been better. But I do appreciate the managers effort. I am leaving a 1 star as motivation for the crew so they can become a better team and deliver better quesadillas.

- IPIsaias PerezOct 24, 20254.0El pollo tropical de la 49 se de Hialeah es magnífico y la comida muy pero muy buena, pero creo que el dueño debe de prestar seria atención al inmueble del local pues los asientos están en pésimas condiciones casi todos rotos y con la guata por fuera , las mesas no están fijas al piso pues para poder comer ahí es bien incómodo pues hasta mareos da estar comiendo y la mesa moviéndose, las empleadas te sirven la comida con miedo y pendiente a las cámaras para no echar un poco de más porque las botan , los precios an subido como es normal en cualquier lado , pero en lo que no estamos de acuerdo es en que disminuyan la calidad y la cantidad.
