  When asking for help they straight up ignored me and when I asked them for my order they said it wasn't ready yet I had ordered in their app to come pick it up after work and I had to wait a whole hour from the time I placed the order at 7:49 till 8:50 when I finally received my order I got to chec and they are missing my fries. Service is incredibly slow the staff is unreliable and when you get your order expect for it to be someone else's or be missing something.

  I like the customer service, but the only downside is that I get overcharged for a regular fountain drink when I order a combo, and because no one speaks English, I can’t ask why and get it taken care of. But I like the food. I wish someone could talk to me in English.

  The pollo tropical in 26 street give terrible service, you ask for a whole chicken and they give you all chicken breast. It’s been several times that they do this. If I wanted extra chicken breast I would ask for it. Brought it to the attention of the night shift manager and he mocked me. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. It really makes you wonder what kind of customer service is being given when the actual manager treats customers badly. From the looks of all the reviews this happens with the management consistently. DO NOT GO TO THIS POLLO TROPICAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE -100.
