    Servicio excelente calidad de la comida muy buena, el joven Felipe en el drive thru, es muy amable y educado.Me encanta este restaurante. Algunos comentarios que he leído son bastante destructivos van hacia las personas acusando que dan poca porción para luego los empleados llevarse la comida a sus casas, objetivamente lo que puedo decir es que son personas con un corazón miserable que creen que por tener cómo comprar un menú de 15 dólares les da el permiso de menospreciar el trabajo digno de quien los atiende. Que comentarios tan mezquinos y destructivos. Yo si recomiendo a pollo tropical de toda la vida. Gracias bendiciones.

    They really screwed up the whole business, I guess a couple of domb people that think they know it all change the whole menu wich had great ingredients. A real good meal at a good price , the store was full all the times all the days of the week. Them this know all screwed up everything in the menu , they start with eliminating what ninety nine percent were going to for a good spanish plate , arrow con Pollo and frejoles negros. Also they took away the bar table with different ingredients tha were great. The thought that they could take away thing from the customers I remember how hard it was just to get salt and pepper, they were rationalized at their discretion, and so many thing that they took away mani of the customers to just forget about and just stop Goin to POLLO TROPICAL..

    Half the staff dont speak English. Told me to park my car and they would bring food to me. Brought my food with no utensils and no sauce... had to go inside just to wait in another line
