Ordered at 9:47, ready at 10:12, so I was there are 10:11 or 10:12, door is locked with 3 people just looking at me and smiling because I guess I was there to just waste time. If you're going to lock the lobby up and refuse to help anyone, maybe call back any orders that have been submitted and inform them, that might be a smart move. I used to do that for my customers when I used to run a couple Papa John's, maybe that memo got lost. A friend later called and whoever answered there actually bothered asking "Carryout or delivery?" knowing full well they're no longer offering carryout, yet this is not listed on the corporate site at all. Thanks for the waste of time.
