When i went to the location to pick it up they tell me there’s still a balance to be paid. I explained that I already paid my order and the manager said that sometimes online lets you pay an order partially. (It does not) we even tried to reorder in front of her to show her that it doesn’t allow you to partially pay but she didn’t car. She insisted on just refunding and us rebuying only one pizza essentially rendering my coupon useless. This place sucks and lacks customer service skills as well as problem solving skills….
