Okay, I didn’t make a big deal, everyone makes mistakes, but then, while eating the bread sticks, I found a hair in the bread sticks!! I called the store to complain and spoke to the manager, and she just laughed it off and treated the incident like a joke! Very disrespectful and a health code violation.
