    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff did not speak English at all and communicated only in Spanish. Even when we spoke clearly in English (there were three of us, all fluent), the responses were still in Spanish or with such a heavy accent that it was impossible to understand. Because of this communication barrier, we did not receive the order we actually wanted. We are in the United States, where English should be the basic language for customer service, and this should be a standard in a place like this.

    Ordered a med meatlovers 9" diameter, paid 21.90 plus delivery. We requested light sauce but got no sauce at all. Was promissed delivery 4:50 to 5:00 but got here 20 minutes late because he had other stops. Food was cold by the time we got it... this will be the last time... for that money I can get 3 little cesar pizza.

    I ordered a delivery which stated the order was going to be delivered 10:05 however time passed it was 10:40 and I had to call them. Only for them to say the they don’t have delivery that the pizzas where there getting cold at restaurant that DoorDash has not picked them up. But instead of calling they just let it be and all they said was we can’t do nothing it’s not our fault. How about you put in your page you don’t deliver and that way we wouldn’t have waisted our time and put pick up. Now we get to eat an overcharged cold pizza.
