The delivery driver left my pizza on the floor without ringing my Ring doorbell or notifying me that the order had been delivered. On top of that, the order was late, which made the situation even more frustrating. After discovering the delivery issue, I contacted customer service four times seeking assistance and a credit for the poor service. I also contacted the 54th Street location directly, and while the employee attempted to help by reaching out to a supervisor, we were both placed on hold for over 10 minutes with no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I was not compensated or provided any credit for the inconvenience. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a national brand. Corporate leadership should review operations at this location, as the professionalism and customer service do not meet reasonable expectations.
