I don't know whats going on in the corporate office because I spoke to customer service twice ✌🏾 and both times I was told I would recieve a call from upper management and both times I was ghosted. The moral and quality of Papa John's has fallen terribly. I used to love Papa John's over all other brands but this is tragic whats happening. Oh yeah, I almost forgot: I spent my hard earned money on pizza for my children and I was ok with it arriving a little late because it was the coldest night in 30 years in Miami but I actually NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!!! NO PIZZA AND NO REFUND. So basically I was robbed by Papa John's. It's now been a month later with no progress or response from the suspect. (Crickets) 🦗

I had to constantly call over and over and I would get put on hold for 30mins, THEN when they finally answered the manager said oh Im sending the delivery driver now and then began to press the stages on the website to delivered, when my food had not been delivered yet. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. ANSWER THE PHONE AND COMMUNICATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS . DO BETTER!!
