The pizza and the 10-inch Cheesesticks I ordered arrived severely overcooked. The moment I opened the box, I could smell burnt pizza. The edges of both the pizza and the cheesesticks were black—literally burnt—and impossible to eat. What made this worse was trying to give feedback or file a complaint through the website. The process is unnecessarily complicated, unclear, and offers very little real help when you actually need support. If you’re expecting an easy way to report an issue online, don’t count on it. Because of this experience, I do not recommend this location and I won’t be buying again. It honestly feels like the only way to get a proper resolution is to buy in-store so you can complain immediately.
