- APanalis PAREJOOct 2, 20251.0Lo peor, la mánager, fue muy grosera, fui a buscar una orden de pizza y no estaba lista en ese momento, ella me dijo que no estaba lista y me dijo de mala manera “siéntate allí” no me dijo por favor siéntate y espera que esté listo. Como estaba tardando mucho le pedí el baño prestado porque tenía una necesidad fisiológica que me urgía ir al baño y me dijo también de mala maneras que ese baño era exclusivo de los empleados del local, y le dije que en ningún lugar me habían negado un baño para usar porque se entiende que si uno está haciendo delivery deberían tener un poco de consideración, porque estamos en la calle manejando, fue una falta de respeto a mi persona, es una mujer desconsiderada y mal hablada. No tiene ética para atender al público… no lo recomiendo… no voy a ir más a ese sitio……….

It was basically a cheese pizza with a pile of toppings on the crust next to it. When I called to complain, the customer service representative had a horrible attitude. She was rude, unapologetic, and acted like it was my fault the pizza arrived in that condition. She offered no real solution and seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than helping me. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. The quality of the food and the customer service were both incredibly disappointing.

While service and quality had steadily declined, my most recent experience has to be the most shocking and I can guarantee I will never be coming to this store again. When I went to the store to pick up my pizza, and employee with no proper uniform walked in with bags of cooked wings that they were then repacking to give to costumers. Further more while I was waiting for my pizza which I had seen packaged, a different employee came in and threw my pizza to the side while looking for a different order with no care or concern. Both employees were unprofessional and looked unkept, making me further concerned of sanitation. Health and safety is definitely in questions at this establishment.
