    Horrible experience. Gabriel stated he is the manager but had no idea what happened with my missing order. He had no solutions and had no clue how to do his job. No ok. No apology. No explanation. How is this OK.

    I frequently order from this Papa John’s location and have always used the drive-thru to pick up my food. On this visit, I pulled up to the window as usual. A African-American woman inside appeared to be gesturing something, but since she didn’t open the window, I couldn’t hear or confirm if she was addressing me. I patiently waited, assuming someone would assist me. Instead, she suddenly began yelling inside the store, drawing attention from customers and making it clear rather rudely that I wasn’t allowed to use the drive-thru. I ended up parking and going inside to pick up my order, which was already ready. I’m not sure what difference it made whether I picked it up through the window or inside, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional
