Never, ever in my 39 years of life have I ever turned down a slice of Papa John’s. Until yesterday. I ordered a 14” original and received what I thought was a thin crust. Until the manager explained it actually was an “original”. Whew..! I requested a refund immediately, the taste is not the same. Idk what is happening but I’m gonna have to cross over to Pizza Hut. Btw.. the manager was super cool, very professional and understanding. Customer service was great, the actual pizza itself is the worst I’ve ever gotten from any papa John’s and I’ve lived up and down the entire east coast.
