Sorry Shaq, but you shuld make sure the crews are properly trained, not just how to make pizzas and deal with the POS system, but most importantly, how to properly treat customers. Thankfully, there's a Pizza Hut 1 block away, where the crew is super professional, so I still got a pizza for dinner.
