No call, no nocking on the door at all. I go out to see if it was on the floor or something but nothing. I call this store to ask about it and I get put on hold for almost 40 minutes, and after they pick up the phone, they say the driver left the pizza, that he knocked and nobody answered (we’re literally right by the door with no music and no noise btw). The guy who spoke with me on the phone had a terrible attitude and kept saying “there’s nothing I can do about it.” No pizza and no refund. Even if the driver didn’t just take my stuff, why the hell would he not call to notify he’s leaving the food outside? Like come on bruh

Sorry Shaq, but you shuld make sure the crews are properly trained, not just how to make pizzas and deal with the POS system, but most importantly, how to properly treat customers. Thankfully, there's a Pizza Hut 1 block away, where the crew is super professional, so I still got a pizza for dinner.
