The store manager Amir was extremely rude as i was asking how much longer for my pizza when I can see it clearly on the shelf ready. Amir should not be the face of papa John's , he needs anger management courses along with customer service lectures. He refused me service even though i was speaking with another employee who was clearly embarrassed from his behavior. It was clear that he was having a bad day and took it out on me. Corporate must intervene.
