This was supposed to be a half ham, half mushroom pizza, but as you can see in the photos, the toppings are basically thrown on the very edges by the crust and not spread across the slices at all. The middle of the pizza is almost completely plain cheese, which is not what I paid for. When you order a half-and-half pizza, you expect each side to actually have its toppings spread evenly — not clumped awkwardly around the outside. It feels careless and lazy, and honestly ruins the whole point of ordering a split pizza. This is not the quality or attention to detail I expect from Papa John’s. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Called and spoke with manager who Offered to correct the order for free and said I could keep the wrong order and pick up the new pizza. Received a call back five minutes later From the manager saying that, unfortunately, I have to return the pizza which I had already eaten a couple of slices of. At this point, I really did not want to go pick up the pizza that they had offered In place of the wrong pizza that was provided. I asked for half of the money to be credited to my account To reflect the correct pizza that I was given And the manager refused. If I could give him zero stars, I would. I will never order from them again
