So specifically, this time I called into the location because I forgot to put well done on my pizza when I ordered it online. I checked my pizza before leaving and couldn’t really tell because I had like three or four different toppings so it basically covered up the crust.. however, when I got home and begin to eat my pizza, this is what I noticed. #1 it was floppy again #2 it was not cooked well done as I asked #3 it has some sort of wetness as if their sauce is soupy #4 every topping on the pizza is uncooked besides the pineapples I got so turned off. I didn’t even eat the rest of my pizza. Yet alone the pizza is so disgusting, I don’t even want to eat the crust. However, the edges of the brownies were made “WELL DONE” without me even asking ‼️🤣🤣 Thank you, but NO THANK YOU!!! I will be taking my business to Pizza Hut instead. It’s the best!

We then tried to contact the store but they would not pick up! Luckily, we got through to the customer services team and the lady on the phone was very helpful and is processing our complaint and has assured us that we will receive our refund in the next few days. We then ordered from Domino's and it was a fast and easy experience. I would seriously not recommend ordering from this store. Lazy and incompetent.
