Today, I ordered a salad and was told they did not even have arugula available, which is basic for any restaurant offering salads. Despite having many employees on staff, the service remains highly inefficient. Customer service clearly is not a priority here. The restaurant was practically empty, yet service was still slow and poorly managed. This level of disorganization and lack of attention to customers is unacceptable. Management needs to take immediate action to improve efficiency, staff training, and overall customer service.
