Pedí otro vaso para poder servir mi té con agua caliente y la “manager” no estaba en el frente, cuando intenté llamarle me gritó porque supuso que yo quería entrar a la cocina o no se que creyó. Solo me asomé por el lado donde podía llamarles. No hablo inglés, intenté comunicarme como pude diciéndole que quería un vaso, ella entró y me dirigí al área de pickup para pedir un vaso. Allí estaba ella y gritándome me dijo que tenía que ir al frente. Le dije que no hablaba inglés y de igual forma ella siguió gritando. Esas NO SON LAS FORMAS de tratar a un cliente. Le pedí su nombre y tampoco quiso darlo. Yo voy todos los días y soy muy amable con todo el personal. Necesitan mejorar la forma en la que tratan a las personas. Si no quiere trabajar en atención al cliente busque otro trabajo.
- TTTajNov 19, 20251.0I purchased a fountain soda and when I approached the counter to request a refill, the staff member Heather came from around the counter and told me that i can't get refills ,while a white nurse walk inside infront of me with her cup to get refill. I feel as though she was being racist because Heather say she didn't see the white nurse but she saw me. She was being very disrespectful and rude about the situation. simply stated, "No refills, yelling so loud most of the customers had to turn and look what the commotion was about. This is my last day getting any item from Panera and honestly with how embarrassed and attacked I felt it does seem like it should be a legal issue.
