Supposed to be a cafe, where you can work for a bit, but with no restroom, it feels very inhospitable and inconvenient to spend more time here. Wish I could have stayed for a pastry and hang out a bit. Instead, I grabbed lunch and headed out

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to share this. My mom was a patient at Jackson Memorial Hospital for over 20 days, and during that time I came to Panera Bread almost daily. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and healthy, but what really stood out to me was the staff. When you’re walking through something difficult, the people who greet you each day matter more than they know. Every single person working there was kind, patient, accommodating, and genuinely warm. They had bright personalities and such a welcoming energy, and they truly made my days a little lighter during a very hard time. You never know what someone walking through the doors is carrying. This team shows up with compassion and care, and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for being exactly who people need in moments like that. ❤️

Got bagels, needed more cream cheese, paid $4.06, opened the cream cheese and it was ROTTEN!! It gets better, the cream cheese was expired!! 🤢

A VERY RUDE employee named Paris intentionally kept my to-go order behind the counter as I stood there waiting for several minutes for this order that was already READY to go. Paris told me that I have to “talk”. Extremely unprofessional. This female wasted my time. I come to this location multiple times per day. These employees see my face multiple times per day. This girl doesn’t belong here as she is ruining the atmosphere that is supposed to be productive. Please hire smiling faces that contribute to the positive vibe of Panera Bread- this wasn’t it! Please check your cameras for February 3, 2026 around 10:30AM to see your employee intentionally withholding a to-go order and then immediately releasing it.
