I feel as though she was being racist because Heather say she didn't see the white nurse but she saw me. She was being very disrespectful and rude about the situation. simply stated, "No refills, yelling so loud most of the customers had to turn and look what the commotion was about. This is my last day getting any item from Panera and honestly with how embarrassed and attacked I felt it does seem like it should be a legal issue.
