  Can’t recommend getting food from this location unless you order from an app, where you can get some money back for errors. I always order the chipotle chicken avocado melt; the last time I went here after a Target run, I got home to discover I was given an Italian sandwich, and now tonight my sandwich was missing one of the three headliner ingredients entirely (no avocado). For the prices (~$15 for the sandwich), it is really disappointing to experience problems so frequently. While I am in the minority opinion that Panera’s food actually is freaking delicious, I won’t be stopping by in person again - because doing so (versus app ordering) means you are very likely to be literally eating errors.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Panera location last night. The employee working the drive-thru was rude and had a noticeable attitude while I was placing my order. I was polite and straightforward, so the tone was unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy coming here, but customer service like this really takes away from it. I hope management addresses this, because it definitely wasn’t the level of service I expect. Working for customer service, this is unacceptable. No one is forced to work here and if you hate your job, go somewhere else. Also, i usually enjoy Panera, but every time I order through the drive-thru, my order is never completed correctly. Something is always missing or wrong, which is very frustrating when you pay for items you don’t receive. This place is not the cheapest.

  the food is actually good for the price but the drive T serves are very rude and no education one is obligated to work if don’t feel comfortable these is 2 time to different people. supervisor need to have a litter conversation how to treat a costume last time goin there flaguer 102 ave

  El servicio fue bastante rápido y exelente servicio al cliente fue nuestra primera vez y nos atendió Arleen una muchacha súper amable nos explico el menú, se acercó a preguntar que nos pareció la comida,encantados de ver personal tan joven y tan comprometido con su trabajo, una muy buena primera impresión

  Lugar bom para comer um sanduíche, porém, tomar cuidado porque a comida é bem apimentada, precisa gostar de uma pimenta. Típico local americano de fast-food, mas no geral é bonzinho. O ar condicionado é sempre no talo, muito gelado dentro do estabelecimento. Se estiver sem opções e passa do por perto ou fazendo compra nos arredores, pode ir tranquilo...
