We ordered Gold Coast coconut shrimps, wings, Tasmanian chilli and rib eye steak. Food was alright. More with a Mexican touch. However, the service was not impressive at all. Our sever lady seemed rushed and could barely stand to get our order. We were still talking and she left saying I will get it for you. At the end when we requested takeaway box, she almost threw it at us from a distance as if she didn’t want to come close. Service overall was barely there.

Toda la comida estaba excesivamente cargada de pimienta, al punto de arruinar completamente el sabor. Pedí un ribeye y me trajeron un corte totalmente diferente. Éramos dos personas: una tuvo que comer sola mientras esperábamos que corrigieran el error. Cuando finalmente trajeron nuevamente la carne, estaba aún peor, extremadamente picante e incomible. El manager se acercó a la mesa, pero la única “solución” que ofreció fue un postre, lo cual no compensa en absoluto una experiencia tan deficiente ni el error grave en la comida principal. Quiero destacar que el único punto positivo fue la mesonera que nos atendió: impecable, muy amable, cariñosa y con excelente actitud profesional. Ella hizo lo mejor posible dentro de una situación que claramente estaba fuera de su control. Por el contrario, la atención de los chicos de la entrada fue pésima, con muy mala actitud desde el inicio. En resumen: muy mala comida, mala gestión del problema y mala atención en general, salvo por la mesonera, que merece reconocimiento. No fue una experiencia agradable y no volvería a este local.

The food is fresh and cooked to perfection! I always ask for an ice cream with extra hot fudge - because it's simply THE BEST hot fudge ever - and the manager came to give me some extra to take home! I left so happy! Thank youuuu!
