  It was mid ask for a bday song and they just brang a cup with ice cream. didn’t ask if we wanted something else besides it, got my order wrong as well- the manager was no where to be found but stop by all other tables but ours.

  Went to Outback Steakhouse on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised — there was no wait at all, which is almost unheard of. We were seated right away and our food came out super fast. Our male server was AMAZING. From the start he was incredibly friendly, even shook our hands, and made us feel genuinely welcome. That kind of service really stands out and made the whole experience even better. I ordered a steak, and while it was cooked well, I did run into one funny hiccup — when I asked for A1 steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce, I was told they don’t carry any. I honestly laughed because it felt like going to Dunkin’ and finding out they don’t have coffee. 😂 Definitely unexpected at a steakhouse! Other than that small (and kind of funny) moment, everything else was great. I’d absolutely go back again… maybe next time I’ll just bring my own A1 with me. 😎

  נפגשנו עם משפחה. האוכל היה מאוד טעים . אווירה נעימה ושירות טוב. אכלנו למנה ראשונה את מנת הבצל המטוגן המומלצת ולמנה עיקרית סטייק מצויין. לצד הסטייק הזמנתי 2 תוספות : סלט קיסר וצ׳יפס. הכל היה מאוד טעים.

  I went in to have a small appetizer and salad, food was fine. When I left I realized I left my brand new phone stand I had purchased. When I left they were closed, so of course when I tried to call to inform them no one sound answer the phone. I called the next day asking for it. They said no one turned it in. Ironically no guests stole it, and I know the server took it and kept it for herself because she was quick to make a comment “ oh how cute I love that phone stand”. So my issue is they have thieves working in their establishment. When I explained to a manager she didn’t seem concerned of that fact at all. It’s ashame I love Outback and that one is the closet to my house.. I will definitely not return to that location as they have dishonest thieves for employees. Such ashame!

  Terrible experience and zero professionalism. From the very beginning everything was a mess. When we arrived, I explicitly asked if my dog could stay in the car and the staff told me yes, no problem at all. With that confirmation, we placed our order and were already seated at the table. After that, the waiter — a tall man with black hair who does not speak Spanish — approached us in a rude and arrogant manner and said: “Dogs are not allowed, so if you want to eat here you have to leave your dog in your car or whatever, but he cannot be here.” Beyond the completely inappropriate tone, the most serious issue is the total lack of communication and consistency among the staff. How is it possible that they approve something first and then, after we have already ordered, come out with a different rule — and on top of that with such a bad attitude? I stood up and left. I will not spend my money in a place where customers are treated this way and where the staff can’t even agree among themselves. A horrible experience and absolutely not recommended.
