- HRHielo RicoMay 20, 20191.0Today I witnessed the most idiot manager that works in this establishment commit two wrong actions. First of all there was a family there with their order & they waited more than 30 minutes for their order when everyone else was attended to first they were brown like me. But they weren't attended to & the manager didn't apologize for the lack of empathy instead argued back. Then the Hialeah manager in this location told me that I couldn't have a water cup due to the fact that Walmart doesn't want water being distibuted in the McDonald's yet they gladly took my money for the order but couldn't supply a water cup rediculous service the manager there is highly unitelligent & clearly lacks customer service appreciation everything was tweeted about. Walmart or McDonald's has still not reached out. But the manager here needs to be fired not to also mention that another lady was handed a water cup but I wasn't that's not okay & that is discrimination. The Hialeah Cuban manager there is an dioti needs to go to another place he does not deserve his job there.
