I think that guy was extremely rude, didn’t take orders properly and left his coworker to figure out a solution. Poor lady just got here and solved it in 5 seconds that guys stayed on the side walk belittling us while getting in his moped to go home. Absolutely rude he should be fired

Segundo : me contestó un joven le dije que me diera un segundo porque tenía que checar el menú en el website porque no me sé de memoria el menú , luego estuve esperando hasta que me contestara lo estuve llamando y nada . Fui a la ventanilla para que las señoras que estaban ahí me quedaran viendo raro , y me dicen que tengo que dar la vuelta de nuevo porque no podían tomar mi orden ahí , acepté , cuando estoy ordenando me dice la señora que tengo que esperar 20 minutos aproximadamente porque la mujer de la cocina acababa de llegar que tenían que preparar todo . O sea no entiendo trabajan 24 horas si o no ? Porque me parece inaudito que me hagan perder mi tiempo , y que me digan que no tienen nada , y como si no me pudo haber dicho en la primera instancia si no que me forzó a pasar de nuevo para que me dijera eso ? Mal servicio ! Mejor cierren el lugar y solo atiendan horarios normales pero NO mientan diciendo que es 24/7 porque NO lo es .
