I went at night with my son to pick up his food, which cost about $5 and cents, and I have proof of the charge in my bank account. I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. It was moving so slowly that I decided to go inside. After waiting there for a while, the employee told me I had to go back outside and complete the order through the drive-thru. So I went back to my car and had to wait all over again. When I finally got to the window, a young man said the order wasn’t there either. I asked to speak with a manager, and while we were waiting, the same employee started laughing in a mocking way. My son got a bit upset and asked him what was so funny, but the manager didn’t seem to care at all. Instead, he told us we would have to go back inside again to fix the order. At that point, we decided to just leave without the food. Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing experience from start to finish.
