As I was on the road with the family on our way to our Thanksgiving vacation, we realized that all the cheeseburgers had no meat. Bread,cheese, pickles and catsup but no meat. I turned back and returned to the McDonald's. I called for the manager and showed her what her crew did. She very rudely said that she didn't make the cheeseburgers, "it wasn't her fault" Another employee quickly tried to calm the situation and brought 6 cheeseburgers. My point is the franchise owner has to know who is running his business. Very rude and argumentative when she had to know her responsibilities are to make sure the food is going out correct and not attack the customer. I will be reaching out to the corporation.
