  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. I waited 30 minutes for an order that was literally already made and sitting there. I politely asked twice about my order, and instead of helping, the employee named Danielle told me she had a “bigger order” and that I’d just have to wait — as if my time didn’t matter at all. Completely unacceptable. If my food is already ready, why am I standing around for half an hour while it gets cold? There was zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect. Danielle’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she made it very clear that she didn’t care about helping customers in a timely manner. Fast food is supposed to be fast — not a test of patience while employees ignore you. This experience alone is enough to make me never come back to this location. Management seriously needs to step in, because this level of service is embarrassing.

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. The cuban woman working the drive-thru window, was extremely rude. When she handed me my order, I tried to ask for the sauces that were missing, but she closed the window in my face. She later reopened it when she noticed I was still waiting, and that’s when I was finally able to ask for the sauces. I held out the bag so she could place them inside. The bag broke, the food fell to the ground, and her only response was, “It’s not my fault, you deal with it.” I had to pick the food up off the ground myself and leave. I ended up paying for a meal I couldn’t eat due to the lack of care and terrible attitude. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. — El peor servicio que he recibido en un McDonald’s. La señora cubana que atendía en la ventana del drive-thru fue muy grosera. Cuando me entregó la orden, intenté pedirle las salsas que no estaban en la bolsa, pero me cerró la ventana en la cara. Luego volvió a abrirla al notar que yo seguía esperando y fue entonces cuando pude pedirle las salsas. Le extendi la bolsa para que las metiera, pero esta se rompió, la comida cayó al suelo y su única respuesta fue: “No es mi culpa, tú resuelve.” Lo más indignante es que no mostró ninguna disculpa ni intención de ayudar. Tuve que recoger la comida del piso y retirarme. Terminé pagando por una comida que no pude consumir debido a la falta de cuidado y la pésima atención. Una experiencia completamente inaceptable.

  Excelente servio de todos los empleados, hacen que la compra sea una experiencia única por su servicio y rapidez lo recomiendo 100% súper amable todos los que trabajan ahí

  Primera vez que ven aún mardona y me dan papas fritas viejas y la soda parece que lo que estoy es tomando es agua con sabor no gaseoso muy malo. La tensión no tan buena ni tan mala dice la mane el que no tiene personal para tú pedir la comida para que te la lleven a tu mesa tiene que levantarte y recoger tu comida y hay más gente adentro de la cocina qué como si fuera no sé qué y no hay tanto volumen de gente en el momento de bueno, no sé, pero no es primera vez que vengo aquí y la misma atención mala de haces pedido por la máquina para que te lleven la comida y nunca te la llevas. Tienes que levantarte para poder ir a buscar tu comida y te dicen que no hay personal y hay pensionar porque. Se ponen a estar hablando ahí en la cocina muy mala. Este McDonald's
