12/30/25 un servicio horrible pesimo para un frappe mas de 15 mint , frappe q solo era cubos de hielo no lo baten bien . Si no quieren trabajar vayan a su casa que los clientes no tienen q recibir su mala atencion y no solo mi orden 3 personas despues de mi lo mismo fue una experiencia q no se le desea a nadie .

Este lugar es horrible la atención pésima 45 minutos para dos mealdeal la manager jugando en lugar de atender a los clientes es ridícula pero no en un restaurante de carnes esperas tanto no vuelvo a entrar a este lugar

I waited 25 minutes for one hot chocolate. I waited patiently and asked once. 20 more minutes went by and I saw the girl was very busy and I didn’t want to be rude. After 25 minutes I had to ask hey is it almost ready or not? She didn’t seem to know and didn’t answer me at all so I walked out. I am patient but I value my time so a review for this incompetence is necessary. Please do better. Thank you.

E venido en otras ocasiones y el servicio a sido muy lento. Hoy me di cuenta que cambiaron a la manager y la chica que está Anabell se le nota que quiere mejorar el servicio para que el cliente esté satisfecho . Fue una buena opción traerla aquí 👍🏼

Was supposed to pick up my order in drive through they lied and told the app they gave me my order and never have it to me I’ve been parked for 40 minutes and I went inside and literally nobody cared I was completely ignored and I still don’t have my food.
