  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s due to the manager, Gabriela. There was a simple mix-up where I accidentally gave the wrong order number, and instead of helping resolve the confusion, the situation escalated unnecessarily. Communication became extremely difficult because she refused to speak to me in English, which caused further misunderstanding. Rather than remaining calm and professional, she became visibly frustrated and increasingly rude. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and made an already minor issue much worse. As a manager, I would expect patience, clear communication, and basic customer service skills—especially in a situation that was easily fixable. Based on this interaction, it is hard to understand how this level of behavior reflects management standards.

  Un ambiente muy tranquilo y limpio a la vista la comida no te niego que esté bien, pero en cuanto a la atendimiento debería mejorar un poco los dos chicos que trabajaron hoy con muy mal carácter porque usé la aplicación móvil porque tengo puntos, no me gustó la cara que puso cuando le dije que hice la encuesta para que me saliera una hamburguesa free

  Service is not good, they take too long to prepare an order. I only ordered a Big Mac through uber eats and they took almost an hour to get my order done!

  Definitely this McDonald’s is not fast food, it’s slow food. I waited about 15 minutes, and when the guy was finally about to take my order, he told me I had to wait even more time. Oh my God… more time. He eventually took my order and told me to pull forward to the payment window, but there was no one there. I drove to the next window and there was only one employee actually working, while the others were playing, chatting, and celebrating Valentine’s Day — it was obvious because of the balloons and gifts they had. I honestly think celebrations like that should be done outside of work hours, because there were many cars waiting in line, parked in the curbside/pick-up parking spots, and the service was absolutely terrible. It’s unacceptable to see so many employees inside and only one person working while customers wait forever. Date & Time: Friday, February 12 at 1:00 AM Horrible service and a very frustrating experience
