- NGnelson Gutierrez4 days ago1.0This McDonalds needs better management and customer service skills and need to clean up the dining in are, I had to ask the staff to clean the table which they did with an attitude, look if you are not happy working in fast food this job is not for you. They need staff that wants to take care of the Franchise and customers not just do the Drive thru, they need to really put them to clean up the space. Who ever is the franchise owner need to fire the crew including supervisor or manager and get better help, this is field that you need to work. Need to improve the atmosphere and staff sorry say sucks, this is happening on a Friday. Will be reaching out to McDonalds corporate and see what they can do improve this McDonalds

Then they asked for code, after I told them code, then I asked for another order and they said goto second window, but in actuality I needed to go to first window and tell them about both orders because the drive thru line was long. Then at the second window they asked if it was hash brown, said yes but they forgot second order , good thing I was able to back up.
