El servicio de ese turno no esta a la altura de la compañia. Entramos por la parte derecha de los dos drytrue y en la bosina nos avisan que nos esperemos unos segundos, mismos que se convirtieron en minutos mientras que tubimos que pasarnos al otro drytrue por que ya habian pasado 3 carros que estaba detras y a mi atosavia esperando, para despues ser mal atendido por claramente un trabajador sin ningunas ganas ni de trabajar ni de nada, para pornerle punto final me mandan a parquear a esperar la orden ( ok eso no es malo es normal es logico) pero lo que no es normal es que me tenga que bajar del carro por que nadie pudo llevarne mi orden a el, y no se me hace ni profecional ni etico ni profecional que mandes a esperar a un cliente y despues le grites desde la ventana para qye recoja la orden deverian de tomar medidas en el asunto por que si hoy fuy yo mañana puede ser una persona con mas geraquia y ......

I visited this location around 7:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan 26th, and it was an absolute headache. The communication from the staff is non-existent.
The employee told me to pull up to 'Window 2,' but apparently, they don't realize their own windows are numbered or positioned incorrectly. At this location, 'Window 2' is actually the third window in the line. When I tried to clarify, the server was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if I should just instinctively know their confusing layout.
It’s bad enough trying to get through the morning rush, but being treated poorly because the staff can't give clear directions is unacceptable. If you're going to use a numbered window system, make sure your employees actually know which one is which it is.
